R & D SERVICEs

In addition to our technical skills, we have considerable experience writing consumer recipes, foodservice recipes, manufacturer's processing instructions and labeling updates and have prepared these for California Egg Commission, Merisant, Bumble Bee Seafoods, Specialty Brands. We have written and maintained food handling manuals for Denny's, Carl's, El Pollo Loco, Gloria Jeans, Brueggers and Del Taco. We have worked on website recipe editing jobs and rewrite labels and instructions for major manufacturers.
A flavor school education program we developed, "The Flavor Experience" has been presented for such audiences as Elite Spice, Unilever, Lawry's, Costco, Sam's, Walmart, TGIF, Chili's, Garden Fresh Foods, Monterey Pasta, Tyson and Safeway.
